Description
Our cabbages will come in 4 packs for $6.99 and will be ready around late April.
Brunswick is a heritage variety cabbage introduced in Germany in the 1920s. It’s classified as a winter cabbage and can be grown in successions and into the fall, but we’ve always just planted it in the spring for a late summer harvest. This cabbage is good for fermenting and for coleslaw, generally an all-around variety. Ours did well last year, but I definitely want to experiment with inter-planting some herbs this year to help keep the cabbage worms at bay.
Our seed is open pollinated and comes from Seedaholic.
